*The Seniors had a challenge game away to Rostrevor on Sunday. Longstone led by a point at half-time, but the home team had the better of the second half to finish ahead by the end. There should be a challenge game against Liatroim later this week-details to be confirmed.

*The U-14 and the U-16 football teams played away to Saul on Sunday morning. The U-16s won their game by one point and all players performed well during the game. Thanks to Saul for a sporting game

*Youth Club trip to Lisburn Leisureplex this Sunday, April 1. Buses will depart from Longstone hall at 9am and approximate return time is 6.30pm. Youth Club finished up last Friday night for the season. Thanks to all who supervised and organised the various activities for the children over the winter months.

*U-16 football practice continues on Tuesday evenings, starting at 7.30pm. And the Minors train this Thursday evening, also at 7.30pm. Both sessions are at Lonsgtone Pk., and all eligible players are expected to attend.

*U-8 football practice this Saturday at 11am-12pm in Longstone. Bring trainers and football boots, though not essential, as the practice may be on the pitch.

*Fashion Night in Longstone Hall this Friday. Reception, inc. food and drinks, starts at 7.30pm and Disco to follow. Fundraiser in aid of Moneydarragh Primary School. Admission £5 and Over 18s only.

*Full committee meeting next Tuesday night at 9pm.
